Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your item through the packaging window to determine if you are satisfied with the product you have received. To reduce the likelihood of fraudulent returns, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, seals on items must be intact and unbroken, and the item(s) must be in original unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including custom cut gems or rough uncut stones. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Delivery Issues
Refunds will not be issued in the event that an item was delivered to the incorrect address if that is the address that was provided by the customer.
Items that arrive damaged or get lost in transit are not eligible for refunds. You may contact the shipping provider to resolve any shipping related incidents. We will do whatever the shipping provider asks of us to comply with inquiries resulting from shipping issues.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item (minus shipping costs) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
